The WRAP Technical Planning Meeting for the Technical Steering Committee and WGs' Co-Chairs is on December 4-6, 2018 in Salt Lake City, UT. The meeting will begin at 1PM on December 4th and end by 12PM on December 6th. The status of work completed on the 2018-2019 WRAP Workplan tasks will be reviewed and discussed, and Workplan updates for 2019 and early 2020 identified, with review of the in-kind and contractor-supported effort underway by each of the Work Groups. The objective of the meeting is to review the activities of each Work Group in the Workplan and identify the updates and additions to deliverables and their timing, meeting and call schedules, needs for staff support, scope of the Work Groups’ deliverables, and efforts by the TSC to coordinate. The meeting organization will build from the existing 2018-19 WRAP Workplan.
The intent is for TSC members and advisors, and Work Group Co-Chairs to travel to Salt Lake City, although remote participation will be available.
The meeting agenda will be posted on the WRAP website. A smaller breakout meeting space is available on Tuesday morning, December 4th, please contact Tom Moore if your WG would like to use that space.
